Mining and quarry agent
Preparing, filing and following up your mining and quarry rights applications until they are secured.
A licensed mining and quarry agent (mandataire en mines et carrières) represents an applicant or holder of mining rights before the mining administration. The agent prepares and files applications, follows them through review and keeps track of the obligations that keep the rights valid.
What we do for you
- Prepare and file your exploration permit, exploitation permit and quarry authorization applications with the Mining Registry (CAMI)
- Follow the cadastral, technical and environmental review through to the decision
- Represent you before the Ministry of Mines, the Mines Directorate, CAMI and the provincial divisions
- Keep your deadlines: annual surface fees, work reports, renewals
- Handle transfers, leases and changes of title
What you gain
- Complete applications
- Every document is checked before filing: fewer rejections, fewer delays.
- Protected rights
- Deadlines are tracked: no forfeiture over a missed payment or report.
- A representative on site
- Foreign investor or Congolese company, you have someone who knows every office.
- Law and field work
- Our lawyers and our site teams work on the same projects.
